Subscription & billing

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Lummi subscriptions are billed by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Lummi, where you can change your plan or cancel. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current period.

How do I restore a purchase?

If you reinstalled Lummi or got a new device, open Lummi and use Settings → Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account you used to subscribe.

I'd like a refund.

Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds are requested through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something went wrong on our end, email us and we'll do our best to help.

Blocking & Screen Time

Lummi isn't blocking my apps.

Lummi blocks apps using Apple's Screen Time. Make sure you granted permission: open Settings → Screen Time and confirm it's on, then reopen Lummi and re-enable your block. If you recently restarted your phone, open Lummi once to let it re-apply your schedule.

How does Lummi measure my screen time?

Through Apple's Screen Time framework, entirely on your device. Lummi never receives the list of apps you use or sends your usage to a server. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Reading

Where do the books come from?

Lummi's reader includes a library of public-domain titles (such as classics from Project Gutenberg) that you can read instead of scrolling. Your reading progress, highlights, and notes are stored on your device.

Your data & account

How do I delete my data?

Most of your data lives on your device. Deleting the Lummi app removes your on-device settings, goals, and reading data. To revoke Screen Time access, go to Settings → Screen Time. For any other request, email privacy@ilummi.app.
